Michelle Colton is the owner of Pack It Up Boise, where she oversees both real estate and property management services throughout the Treasure Valley. As an Idaho native, Michelle brings deep local knowledge, strong community connections, and a genuine passion for helping clients succeed in the Boise real estate market.
With experience in real estate, property management, and investment properties, Michelle works closely with homeowners and investors to ensure their properties are well managed and positioned for long-term success. Her hands-on approach and commitment to excellent service are at the core of everything Pack It Up Boise does.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, Cole. The two love camping, fishing, boating, and taking advantage of all the outdoor recreation Idaho has to offer.
Michelle is also a proud mom to her two grown children, Carson and Kiley, who both live in the Treasure Valley as well — making Boise not just the place she works, but the place her family calls home
Alex moved to the Treasure Valley in 2021 after growing up in Eugene, Oregon, and quickly grew to love the community and lifestyle Idaho offers. She serves as the Leasing Manager at Pack It Up Boise and is also a Staging & Design Specialist with Stage It Up Boise, where she helps prepare homes to look their best while supporting owners and tenants throughout the leasing process.
Alex enjoys working with people and creating spaces that feel welcoming, functional, and beautifully presented. Her combined experience in property management and home staging allows her to bring a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to every home she works with.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys cooking, spending time outdoors, and exploring the Treasure Valley with her husband.
