All applications are completed online. Once you find a property you're interested in, simply submit an application using the link on our listing page. Each adult resident must complete a seperate application.

Rent payments are made through the RentVine tenant portal. This secure system allows you to make payments online and keep track of your payment history.

Yes. All tenants are required to maintain renter's insurance during the lease term. Proof of coverage must be uploaded to the tenant portal.

After the move-out inspection is completed, any applicable deductions for damages or cleaning will be itemized. The remaining deposit will be refunded to the tenant(s).

In some cases, a cosigner may be accepted, depending on the applicant's situation. All cosigners must complete an application and meet qualification requirements.

Application processing typically takes 24-72 hours once all required documents and information have been submitted.

Pet policies vary by property. If pets are allowed, additional pet deposits and pet rent may apply. Please review the specific listing details for each property.

Before your lease ends, we will contact you regarding renewal options or move-out procedures. If you choose to move out, we require a 30 day notice and will provide instructions for cleaning, key return and the move-out inspection.

Maintenance requests should be submitted through the RentVine tenant portal. This allows our team to track and respond to issues as quickly as possible.

If you experience a true emergency such as a major water leak, fire or other safety issue, please contact our team immediately. We have someone available to you at all times.
