How do I receive my rental income?
Owner distributions are sent electronically each month. You'll also have access to an owner portal where you can view statements, reports and financial activity related to your property. -
What happens if a tenant needs maintenance?
Tenants submit maintenance requests through their tenant portal. Our team coordinates repairs with trusted vendors and keeps you informed when necessary. We aim to protect your property while resolving issues quickly and efficiently. -
Do you conduct property inspections?
Yes. We perform routine inspections to ensure the property is being properly maintained and to identify any maintenance issues early. This helps protect your investment and keep the property in good condition. -
What happens if a tenant stops paying rent?
If rent becomes delinquent, we follow established procedures including notices and communication with the tenant. If necessary, we coordinate the eviction process in accordance with Idaho law, while keeping you informed every step of the way.
